To improve as a visual designer I regularly create quick user interfaces, each time starting with a different inspiration to build up a strong skillset. I am aware doing these type of mini projects doesn't improve my UX skillset, but my day to day job is being a UX designer that is boxed with brand guidelines, so I want to express myself creatively and keep my UI skills sharp.
